Concha’s Garden is an offbeat garden-inspired restaurant and one of Tagaytay’s best kept secret restaurants serving classic and well-loved Filipino dishes. This is its 2nd branch and is owned by Alden Richards.
Since the spike of his and Maine Mendoza’s celebrity tandem ‘AlDub,’ Alden Richards became a household name in the showbiz industry. He has become the face of several brands like McDonald’s, Nescafe, and more. Fast forward to summer 2016 and he’s now ventured into the restaurant scene, opening up a garden-inspired cafe in Cliffhouse, Tagaytay.
Concha’s Garden Cafe is a cozy and quaint restaurant specializing in Filipino dishes. It has beautiful interiors straight out of Pinterest, making it a great place for unique out-of-town escapades. Diners love how it’s a home-away-from-home, a refreshing experience compared to the usual crowded restaurants in Tagaytay.
Its first branch is located inside Mother Earth Gardens in Sta. Rosa Road, Tagaytay. It is the passion project of Gemma Sembrano, a top-selling insurance agent who brought her dream cafe to life in 2014. Inspired by her grandmother, Gemma kept family recipes they’ve passed down many generations ago. When Alden first tried their food 2 years ago, he’s been a regular ever since.
