 It has been one heck of a year for Alden Richards. The Kapuso prime artist has just wrapped up his telefantasya Victor Magtanggol wherein he played the titular superhero character. He has also staged his second solo concert recently.
 Who knew Alden Richards is an online gaming enthusiast? The actor-host showed up at the Mobile Legends Bang Bang Liga event unannounced, shocking its organizers and participants.
 Alden Richards on fans blaming him for what happened to AlDub: "Okay lang po sa akin, tanggap ko naman po yun. It's always parang fault po ng lalaki yun. Naiintindihan ko naman po yun at hindi ko naman aalisin sa kanila yun."
 Alden Richards clarifies rumors alleging that Victor Magtanggol was abruptly cut short: "Hindi po siya na-cut short. Actually po, nag-extend pa siya ng ilang weeks. Yun nga lang po, gaya nang sabi ko, gustuhin man po sanang i-extend pa, talagang hindi na po possible."
