 Alden Richards on acting as his greatest gift: "With this gift, binago po nito ang buhay ko. But, as much as it’s changing my life, I’m changing others as well through the inspiration they get through the projects that I make, especially po the fans."

 As ironic as it may sound, Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza have actually become “closer” to each other, now that they’re pursuing projects outside of their “AlDub” love team.
 IF the telling of Alden Richards’ story were paused right here — “26 years old, single, Twitter legend, Guinness record holder, award-winning actor and recording artist, businessman, Good Samaritan” — that would already be two, maybe four, astonishing lifetimes.
 It has been one heck of a year for Alden Richards. The Kapuso prime artist has just wrapped up his telefantasya Victor Magtanggol wherein he played the titular superhero character. He has also staged his second solo concert recently.
 Alden Richards on fans blaming him for what happened to AlDub: "Okay lang po sa akin, tanggap ko naman po yun. It's always parang fault po ng lalaki yun. Naiintindihan ko naman po yun at hindi ko naman aalisin sa kanila yun."
 I’m sure Maine (Mendoza) has the same principle — kami as AlDub, we have already done a lot of things together. So ngayon, we’re trying to do things on our own muna for personal growth.’ As he suits up for his new show ‘Victor Magtanggol,’ Alden talks to us about being shaped by AlDub, and growing beyond it all the same.
 Pambansang Bae Alden Richards may be busy with his television commitments but he does not consider leaving his home “Eat Bulaga” to lighten up his load, “malaki po ang utang na loob ko sa Eat Bulaga.”
